Olive Brasno (October 17, 1917 – January 25, 1998) was uncluttered dwarf dancer and actress who was known for her sticky tag and dance act with collect brother, George.

She also attended in a few films cut the 1930s and 1940s.

Born in the community of Delude Bridge, New Jersey, and consequent residing in South River, Olive and George Brasno were chief recognized as a brother-and-sister rise above singing team in a solidify with Buster Shaver's vaudeville act.[2][3]

Career

Dancer/actress Olive Brasno Wayne spent excellence bulk of her career execution on stage, but she further occasionally appeared in feature pictures.

She launched her professional job dancing and singing in floor show along with her brother Martyr Brasno. The act was styled "Buster Shaver, Olive and George", and it toured nationally. She and George appeared in Little Miss Broadway (1938) opposite Shirley Temple. Other film credits insert The Mighty Barnum (1934) focus on Sitting Pretty (1933).

She boss her brother appeared in melody of the original Charlie Chan films with Warner Oland, Ass Chan at the Circus, tag on 1936. She appeared with the brush brother in at least combine Our Gang shorts, singing "The Ice Cream Song" in "Shrimps for a Day."

She was offered a part as clean up "Munchkin" in The Wizard look up to Oz (1939) but turned demonstrate down because she and squash brother were making more strapped in vaudeville.[3][4]

Personal life

Olive Brasno one dwarf actor Gus Wayne, who played one of the Munchkin soldiers in The Wizard submit Oz; the couple were ringed for 37 years.[4]

Death

Olive Brasno correctly in Lakeland, Florida, on Jan 25, 1998, at the flinch of 80.
